STEP 1 - Information Gathering
Speaking to one of our account managers will help gather detailed information about the custom packaging box design you are looking to create. Everything Eye4 Packaging manufactures is 100% custom made to order. Unsure what you are looking for? Please look at our custom packaging templates to help narrow down your ideas about your custom printed box or one of our engineers will help create your made to order design! Basic information we will need: Type of construction, Size, Print Specs, Quantity, and if you will need an insert to hold your products?
STEP 2 - Quote
After gathering your detailed information about your custom packaging box we will produce a quote for your review. Quotes include; Lead time for production, any prototype preps, freight details and much more! If Quote is not in budget, your account manager can help tweak the design to fit your budget!

STEP 3 - Prototype Approval
Upon acceptance of the quote, we will begin the white prototype stage for your custom printed box. We will engineer your custom packaging box as a blank design to approve of size, construction, material and any insert construction. This stage is perfect for any tweaks that need to be made for your product! We will engineer and remake any tweaks that need to be made before approval.
STEP 4 - Die lines
Once white prototype is approved, we will engineer and produce your die lines to your custom packaging box. A PDF & EPS die line will be sent to you for your graphic design team to lay out your custom artwork onto the packaging box!

STEP 5 - Artwork Approval
Eye4 Packaging has a pre press team ready to review, convert and correct your artwork. We will handle all conversion work to help make sure your artwork will look amazing on your custom printed box! Typically to keep the process on fast track we will produce a PDF proof of artwork for your approval or we can produce a low resolution prototype of your custom packaging box along with a high resolution flat press sheet for you to sign off on, for additional cost.
STEP 6 - Production
Once all artwork is approved we will head into production of your custom packaging box! This can range from 12-25 business days, depending on the construction of the box and quantity! Typically custom SBS board boxes will be around 12-15 business days and custom rigid boxes are 20-25 business days!
